I Live For Him
My greatest pleasure is sharing my Lord & King! My greatest desire is to worship Him with all I am! My greatest joy is being in His presence! There is Nobody Greater, no one else could dare to compare! No Greater Love than He laid down His life for our salvation. No adequate words to describe His Magnificence! Hallelujah to our King Forever!!!!

Woman, Behold Thy Son
"When
Jesus therefore saw his mother, and the disciple standing by, whom he
loved, he saith unto his mother, Woman, behold thy son! Then saith he
to the disciple, Behold thy mother! And from that hour that disciple
took her unto his own home." John 19:26-27 When Jesus saw his
mother! The pain which was on her face! The tears falling down from
her water soaked eyes! The heart, the precious heart of his mother,
who had held all the words of the angel Gabriel close to her heart,
of how her first born, and miraculously conceived Son would reign and
rule in Jerusalem, when Jesus looked down from the bloody cross and
seen her soul tormented as if a sword had pierced her spirit, he
could not help but to address her. Jesus had to pause from dying long
enough to take care of this precious soul that raised him and loved
him so with all of her heart. Standing next to Mary was the disciple
that Jesus loved! All the other disciples were in hiding! All the
other disciples abandon him! One even betrayed him while another
denied him, and the rest fled from the danger of associating with
him. All except this disciple. The one that Jesus loved. The one that
would rest in his bosom as the fellowship of the saints would carry
on. This disciple could not leave Jesus. There at the foot of the
cross the beloved disciple watched as his Lord died a cruel and
unusual death! Jesus saw him as well and knew that his mother that
loved him so, and the disciple that he loved so much was a perfect
match! They needed each other! They both together would remind each
other of Himself! It was in these two that Jesus’ tenderness would
be seen the most! He said "Woman, behold thy son!" This man
has been a great disciple! This man has learned his lessons well!
This man understands my character and my mind and he alone is worthy
to care for you! This is your son! He is my replacement! What an
astounding complement!
He
looks over to the disciple that he loved the most and said, “Behold
thy mother!” Jesus wanted his beloved disciple to know that the
love and the care that he was so used to receiving from himself, the
tenderness, the understanding, the patience, the kindness, that he
enjoyed so much from him, his own mother was able to give him now!
The loved that Jesus shared came from God through Mary, Jesus learned
how to care, and how to have compassion and sympathy through his
mother, and Jesus knew that his mother would be the perfect
substitute for his love! Jesus took care of him! Jesus took care of
them both! What a responsibility they had! Caring for each other for
Jesus’ sake! In his stead! I wonder if Jesus could depend on any of
us to take care of his mother? I wonder if Jesus would think your
lifestyle was good enough for Mary! Who would be that beloved
disciple that Jesus could say without any hesitation, Woman behold
your son! Or behold your daughter! When Jesus saw his mother and the
disciple that he loved broken hearted at the foot of the cross.
Jesus, Remember Me
Ever wonder why there were two crosses next to Christ?..Why not six or ten?..Ever wonder why Jesus was in the center?..Could it be the two crosses on the hill symbolize one of God’s greatest gifts?..The gift of choice...The two criminals were convicted by the same system...Condemned to the same death...Equally close to the same Jesus...But one changed!..We’ve made some bad choices in life, haven’t we?..We all look back & we say, “If only I could make up for those bad choices."..We can!..When one thief on the cross prayed, Jesus loved him enough to save him...When the other mocked, Jesus loved him enough to let him... He allowed him the choice...He does the same for us! M.L...""Jesus, remember me when you enter Your Kingdom." He said, "I will. Today you will join Me in paradise." Luke 23:42...Let this be your choice, today
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus
When Jesus took His last breath here on earth...the soldiers at the scene of the Cross were dividing up the spoils, as was their way. But this time, the pickings were slim. No money. Jesus had lost even the clothes on His back, exchanging them for some wood & nails. He had no home of His own. His only visible means of support had been His network of friends - but now they were mostly scattered orhidden. Alone. No last will, nothing to probate. He'd given over the care of His mother to someone else. He had no children -- no legacy, as this culture saw it. And now, He was being stripped even of life itself. Nothing left but a corpse, in a grave, the stony end. Nothing. And what of us, who live our lives in a world stuffed with stuff, putting our treasures in the retirement account of earthly life, some of us with families, some with friends. What of our life of blessings & curses? The end. Of the beginning. Because it all comes to the same stony end. And all that's left then is what had been there all along, hidden beneath all the stuff of life. A loving God who is with us & for us. Jesus who was left with nothing, who went into the tomb, but didn't stay there. Nothing became everything. And we can share in that everything now, while we are still alive, whatever we might have. Lord, You are at the end of everything. You are at each new beginning. You are in between, where we are now. You make something worthwhile out of nothing. Help us be part of the Kingdom for which You have set us apart. Amen.

Our power is in our connection to Jesus. Our purpose and destiny is connected to His hand. Our hands are joined with Him. All power is in His Hands!
I am not ashamed of this Good News about Christ. It is the power of God at work, saving everyone who believes—the Jew first and also the Gentile. This Good News tells us how God makes us right in his sight. This is accomplished from start to finish by faith. As the Scriptures say, “It is through faith that a righteous person has life. Romans 1:16-17

My Savior, My King
Jesus shouted to the crowds, If you trust me, you are trusting not only me, but also God who sent me. For when you see me, you are seeing the one who sent me. I have come as a light to shine in this dark world, so that all who put their trust in me will no longer remain in the dark. I will not judge those who hear me but don’t obey me, for I have come to save the world and not to judge it. But all who reject me and my message will be judged on the day of judgment by the truth I have spoken. I don’t speak on my own authority. The Father who sent me has commanded me what to say and how to say it. And I know his commands lead to eternal life; so I say whatever the Father tells me to say. John 12:44-50
Jesus, the Way to the Father
Jesus, the Way to the Father
Don’t let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust also in me. There is more than enough room in my Father’s home. If this were not so, would I have told you that I am going to prepare a place for you? When everything is ready, I will come and get you, so that you will always be with me where I am. And you know the way to where I am going.

My Life Is Not My Own
I give myself away
So You can use me
Here I am
Here I stand
Lord, my life is in your hands
Lord, I'm longing to see
Your desires revealed in me
Take my heart
Take my life
As a living sacrifice
All my dreams all my plans
Lord I place them in your hands
My life is not my own
To you I belong
I give myself
I give myself to you

Faith

God Is Love
All who confess that Jesus is the Son of God have God living in them, and they live in God. We know how much God loves us, and we have put our trust in his love. God is love, and all who live in love live in God, and God lives in them. And as we live in God, our love grows more perfect. So we will not be afraid on the day of judgment, but we can face him with confidence because we live like Jesus here in this world. 1 John 4:15-17
