Life Changing
We must exchange whispers with God before shouts with the world. Instead of immediately checking in with social media with the first moments of our day, we can truly make God first by giving Him our first thoughts.
With God’s vision and your help, Proverbs 31 Ministries is striving to eradicate Biblical poverty. And we want to start by developing a free mobile app called the "First 5" to:
- Bring life and Truth to the First 5 minutes of every day.- Provide a healthier alternative to hopping on social media in the first moments of our day. - Give us the opportunity to share hope with the people in our lives who struggle with putting God’s Word first.
We need people whose hearts are burdened like ours to bring the Word of God to women across the globe. We need you. Together, all hands in, we can take the burden and carry the vision to change lives with the Word of God.
Don't Give Up
Let us resolve not to be distracted from our true callings and our true aim. May the Lord be glorified in all that we do and say and may the people of the Lord be edified in how we do it and by how we say it.
Know today that there is not a single point of time in your life where God is not present. You will never really understand or comprehend all that goes on in the workings of God in your favor; however, it is important to understand that He is working, and that even though the story may not conclude the way you imagined it, you need to know that it will conclude in victory!

Nasturtiums are an edible and medicinal flower and herb that are high in vitamin C and have potent anti-viral and antibiotic properties. They have the ability to help build strong blood by promoting the formation of blood cells. Nasturtium leaves are known to be an effective remedy for bladder, kidney, and urinary tract infections. They also are highly beneficial for nervous depression, constipation, indigestion, sore throats, sinus infections, and eye and skin health. Nasturtium also works as an expectorant and can help break up congestion in the respiratory passages during colds, flu, and bronchial infections. Nasturtium is high in sulfur and is especially good at helping to increase energy and prevent brain fog. The flowers and leaves are also known to stimulate the tiny capillaries of the scalp making it a great hair-growth supplement. Nasturtium leaves have a peppery taste similar to that of arugula. They can be juiced, chopped and added to salads, or steamed like spinach. The brilliant flowers make a beautiful addition to salads, wraps, smoothies, and soups. Nasturtium leaves and flowers also make a delicious medicinal tea. Fresh or dried leaves can be added to hot water and allowed to steep for at least 20 minutes, sweeten with raw honey if desired. Crushed leaves and flowers can also work as a natural topical antibiotic for cuts, scrapes, blisters, or wounds. Simply crush the flowers and leaves in a little bit of coconut or olive oil and place on skin. Wrap lightly with gauze to secure and change twice a day for best results. Nasturtiums are easy to grow straight from seed indoors or out and are a simple, but effective way to include this healing flower and herb into your diet.

You can do it!!!
Be brave, be courageous, tell yourself that you can do it and be sure to take risks every now and then. Test yourself. Encourage yourself often, forever and always

Why is it that we feel we have to dim our light to make others comfortable to be around us? You are a light...don't be afraid to shine!
