Therefore, let us offer through Jesus a continual sacrifice of praise to God, proclaiming our allegiance to his name. (NLT) ( Hebrews 13:15 ) When we pray to God, most of the time we gloss over praising God. Instead, we cut to the chase and just ask God to bless us, our children, and heal our neighbors. Yet we serve a powerful God. One who deserves to be recognized and admired for His love, power, and grace. Let's spend a few moments talking to God by sharing our love and honor for Him. Isn't He glorious?
Father I pray that You will strengthen, complete and perfect us, that You will make us what we should be, that You will equip us with everything good to carry out Your will while You work in us and accomplish what is pleasing in Your sight, in Jesus Name, Amen!!
Glory to the Lord in the highest. We believe He is the Savior of all. Jesus became the innocent victim of suffering as He died for us. But He pried Himself free from Death's icy fingers, flew to the realm of Heaven beyond, to the seat of high honor, reserved only for Him since before time began. Our beliefs aren't owned only by us. We share them with millions who commune with us from Christ's cup, all while looking up with grateful hearts, thankful for our forgiveness and for the life yet to come. Give Thanks with a Grateful Heart Amen!
Encouragement will come from occasionally looking back and being reminded that as you prayed He was answering. God is a prayer-answering God. Accept the fact that you don’t know everything and decide that you will learn something new on purpose. Forget about the absolutes and generalizations you’ve been holding onto and make your life better this year! People may criticize you or tell you that it’s too late. Don’t let that slow you down. Show them the side of you they’ve never seen before. This is your year to live. Make a decision to go some place you’ve never gone before. Do one thing that you’ve contemplated for years. Whatever you’ve been waiting to do, do it!
