Lord my prayer is that my special time with you will accomplish your will being done. Let it make me aware of what my truest needs in life are. Make me more sensitive to sin, and allow me to produce the purest praise in my heart, that will transform the core of my character, clarify my calling and purpose, and cause me to say with the utmost sincerity, “Not my will, but your will be done in my life.” Help me to rely on your Word and the Holy Spirit, to reveal your limitless resources. Let it prepare me for the work you have in store for me, so it will be a time for me to know your forgiveness and favor. Amen.
