“Blessed are the merciful, for they shall receive mercy," - Matthew 5:7. A dictionary meaning ~ Compassion or forgiveness shown toward someone whom it is within one's power to punish or harm. Mercy is a law, mercy is compassion, mercy is forgiveness and understanding. No human being can live without mercy.We depend on the mercy of others, everyday of our lives. God is merciful, to every human being. God is telling you today to have mercy and compassion, because he has been merciful to you. If you persist, His judgment will be swift and sure, says the Spirit of the Lord.
