Take Me To The King
What we do see is Jesus, who was given a position “a little lower than the angels”; and because He suffered death for us, He is now “crowned with glory and honor.” Yes, by God’s grace, Jesus tasted death for everyone. God, for whom and through whom everything was made, chose to bring many children into glory. And it was only right that He should make Jesus, through his suffering, a perfect leader, fit to bring them into their salvation.

The WORD

Just got an email from a friend: Jesus died over 2000 years ago. Nobody has ever referred to him as the late Jesus, Not even the heathens. Nowhere in history. Nowhere has He EVER been referred to in the past tense! He is the Living God!

Genesis 1:1-3 NLT
The Account of Creation
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was formless and empty, and darkness covered the deep waters. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the surface of the waters. Then God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.
THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD
The Lord is my Shepherd, this
journey that I'm on. He takes my
hand and leads through each day,
and gives my heart a song.
The Lord's my Shepherd,
He takes care of all my needs,
and when storm clouds surround me
everywhere, I am safe in His secert place.
We walk together through meadows
sweet, hand in hand with my Savior,
oh what joy that fills my heart,
I can lay and rest in pastures green,
I am safe within His arms.
The Lord is my Shepherd,
HE leads me where healing waters flow,
I can drink and be healed and my strength
will be restored.
The Lord is my Shepherd,
He takes all my fears away,
He fills me with His love and power,
and I know, I have been set free.
The Lord is my Shepherd,
The love of my life, my dearest and closest
friend, HE saved this life of mine.
My Savior, my Redeemer,
my heart longs for more of You,
Shepherd of my heart,
my Lord and Savior,
I praise Thee forevermore.
Blessings,
I Love Jesus/God
Is Your All On The Altar?
I Samuel 15: 22-23
What is more pleasing to the Lord: your burnt offerings and sacrifices or your obedience to his voice? Listen! Obedience is better than sacrifice, and submission is better than offering the fat of rams. Rebellion is as sinful as witchcraft, and stubbornness as bad as worshiping idols. So because you have rejected the command of the Lord, he has rejected you as king.
Psalm 37:23
Thank You Lord for ordering my steps. You have taken me on an amazing journey. It took a long time to understand how fighting Your path hindered my growth, and I have to admit I still get caught up, but GOD...
The Beatitudes
Blessed are …"~Matt. 5:3-10...the Beatitudes contain the dynamite of the Holy Ghost....They explode...when the circumstances of our lives cause them to do so...When the Holy Spirit brings to our remembrance one of these Beatitudes we say, 'Am I Blessed like this?'...& we have to decide whether we will accept the spiritual upheaval....that will be produced in our circumstances if we obey His words... That is the way the Spirit of God works....The interpretation of the Sermon on the Mount...by the Spirit of God as He applies Our Lord's statements to our circumstances...is the stern work of a saint...The Sermon on the Mount is not a set of rules & regulations: it is a statement of the life...we will live when the Holy Spirit is getting His way with us...♥
Dear Lord

When God has a plan for your life—I don’t care how much you complain, murmur, scream and yell—when it’s time, His plan will manifest. So, be still and know He’s God.

I WILL PRAISE YOU JESUS
Philippians 1:10-11
For I want you to understand what really matters, so that you may live pure and blameless lives until the day of Christ’s return. May you always be filled with the fruit of your salvation—the righteous character produced in your life by Jesus Christ for this will bring much glory and praise to God.

HIDDEN IN PLAIN SIGHT
HIDDEN in PLAIN SIGHT
Sometimes God will choose to Hide a person in plain sight until His work in that person is Complete.
God's Higher Calling can cause some painful separations and isolation, but do not despair, He, the Almighty will see you through His processing of you.
In your Due Season, when God releases you for what He has Purposed and Ordained for your life, you will come out smelling like the roses and be celebrated. Amen!

My life is in Your hands
Work hard to show the results of your salvation, obeying God with deep reverence and fear. For God is working in you, giving you the desire and the power to do what pleases him. Do everything without complaining and arguing, Philippians 2:12-14

C. S. Lewis

"Meanwhile we groan, longing to be clothed with our heavenly dwelling."~1 Cor. 5:2
There is an impulse deep in our hearts for the things of heaven. God placed it there. He shaped us for eternity & somewhere deep within us we know that. Our impulse may have been distorted when our first parents ate the forbidden fruit, or when we deliberately sinned against God, but we still have it. That's why we always want more no matter how much we have. Everything we think will satisfy us - never does. Eternal impulses are not content with temporal treasures. Our eternal impulse is like an itch. It is cured with a Divine Balm, not an impatient scratch!! Nothing in this world will ever be able to satisfy our hearts!

Spirit and Light
The gifts Christ gave to the church are: the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers. Their responsibility is to equip God’s people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ. This will continue until we all come to such unity in our faith and knowledge of God’s Son that we will be mature in the Lord, measuring up to the full and complete standard of Christ.

Revival Fire
If we claim we have no sin, we are only fooling ourselves and not living in the truth. But if we confess our sins to Him, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness. If we claim we have not sinned, we are calling God a liar and showing that His word has no place in our hearts. 1 John 1:8-10
After stumbling around in the darkness for a little while, I realized that I had to completely ignore all my feelings, and fully rely on the Word of God alone as my guiding light. Sure enough, once I did, the lamp of God's Word faithfully guided me back to the right path, and I entered into a life of rest, joy, and peace. Rebecca Brogan

Most Holy Place
Jesus... First thought in the morning. Last thought at night. No thing else matters! "Things", (distractions, fiery darts) are purposed to get in the way of constant communication with the one "thing" that really matters. Jesus... Absolute love, peace, joy... completeness! A New Thing
Bebe Bacchus Ramsuchit photo
God wants to do a new thing in your life. Do not get scared when He begins to move. Learn to know his voice and obey as He directs. For He will open doors for you. Didn't He promise to make a way for you. He will keep His promises to you. Our loving Father is ever Faithful. Do not be like the children of Israel who after seeing His provision complained as they met a new obstacle. For He will make a way. The picture, this verse reminds us God is doing a new thing. More than ever we need to let go and LET GOD!

JOY

On Christ The Solid Rock I Stand!
Amazing, wonderful joy is ahead for us though we are being purified like gold. Our tests and trials show our faith is genuine and true. Genuine faith is far more precious than gold, or anything else on this earth. When our faith does not waver through these trials, it brings us praise and glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed to the whole world. We love the Lord, and trust Him, even though we have never seen Him. We rejoice with the glorious, inexpressible joy He put in us.
Holy Spirit Fire
Diane Angel Jones
"So I say, let the Holy Spirit guide your lives. Then you won't be doing what your sinful nature craves." Gal. 5:16 What has the most influence in your life? Who guides your steps? What determines the values you live? Who's voice & who's words are the most important for you? Especially when making day-to-day decisions? If the answer is not the Holy Spirit, then you are going to find yourself repeatedly facing your own failures & sins. The Holy Spirit must guide our lives, or we are left to fail by our own weaknesses...

Comfort

So many say easily I feel your pain, but to truly feel and understand what someone is going through, and then take the time to comfort them with the comfort we have received from the Lord is what we are called to do. Blessings to you and yours.
2 Corinthians 1:3-5 God Offers Comfort to All
All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. God is our merciful Father and the source of all comfort. He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us. For the more we suffer for Christ, the more God will shower us with his comfort through Christ.

Army of the Lord
We believers have the tremendous privilege of being part of the Lord’s army, 2 Timothy 2:3–4 , those who will not only rejoice in God’s final manifest victory at the return of Christ, but those who are also experiencing present victories in the progressive advancement of God’s kingdom on earth today. What a glorious joy it is to be a servant and a soldier in the Lord’s army, especially when we have been assured of certain victory! (Rebecca Brogan; Image: Army of the Lord Advancing)

To Him That Sit's On The Throne
And then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and in the sea. They sang: “Blessing and honor and glory and power belong to the one sitting on the throne and to the Lamb forever and ever.” Revelation 5:13 NLT

I Am Your God!
I have cared for you since you were born.
Yes, I carried you before you were born.
I will be your God throughout your lifetime—
until your hair is white with age.
I made you, and I will care for you.
I will carry you along and save you.

HATE

We must not be like Cain, who belonged to the evil one and killed his brother. And why did he kill him? Because Cain had been doing what was evil, and his brother had been doing what was righteous. So don’t be surprised, dear brothers and sisters, if the world hates you.
If we love our Christian brothers and sisters, it proves that we have passed from death to life. But a person who has no love is still dead. 1 John 3:12-14

Christ, the Eternal Word

Christ, the Eternal Word
In the beginning the Word already existed. The Word was with God, and the Word was God. He existed in the beginning with God.
God created everything through him, and nothing was created except through him.
The Word gave life to everything that was created, and his life brought light to everyone.
The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it.

Lord Have Mercy

James 2:12-13 So whatever you say or whatever you do, remember that you will be judged by the law that sets you free. There will be no mercy for those who have not shown mercy to others. But if you have been merciful, God will be merciful when he judges you.

No Thing

Romans 8:30-32
Having chosen us, he called us to come to him. And having called us, he gave us right standing with himself. And having given us right standing, he gave us his glory.
Nothing Can Separate Us from God’s Love
What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? If God is for us, who can ever be against us? Since he did not spare even his own Son but gave him up for us all, won’t he also give us everything else?
Love Like Jesus
Shipwrecked
The only survivor of a Shipwreck who was washed up on a small uninhabited island prayed fervently for God to rescue him and every day he scanned the horizon for help but none seemed forthcoming. Exhausted, he eventually managed to build a little hut out of driftwood to protect himself from the elements and store his few possessions. One day, after scavenging for food he arrived home to find his little hut in flames and soon there was nothing left. The worst had happened and everything was lost. He was stunned with disbelief, grief and anger. “God, how could you do this to me?” He cried!!!!!.
Early the next day he was awakened by the sound of a ship approaching the island. It had come to rescue him. “How did you know I was here?” Asked the weary man.”We saw your smoke signal”, they replied. Hmmm, What would have happened if this hut had not gotten burnt? Where would his“rescue miracle smoke” have come from? Its easy to get discouraged when things are going bad, but we shouldn’t lose hope, because God is at work in our lives, even in the midst of pain and suffering.
Remember this the next time your “hut”seems to be burning to the ground. It just may be a smoke signal that summons the grace of God because he is faithful. No matter how 2012 has been, never forget: God is too faithful to fail, hold on and keep the faith. God is in Charge, hold on to Him, He is in total control of your life. Cheerup!!!!!!

You Alone Lord

Order and discipline must be sought and found in our morning prayer. Early prayer eliminates wasted time & the temptation to give in to our weakness and lack of discipline in our thinking, our work, and our dealings with other people. Ordering and scheduling our time is most secure when it comes from prayer.

Peace of God
Many obstacles stand in the way of our daily meditation on scripture, prayer, and intercession. Reading God's word as our guide leads to spiritual transformation. There are two kinds of peace in this secret satisfaction no unconverted person can have — peace with God, and peace in your heart. When you have this peace with God you are complete.

The Great Longing

A Christian Longing, For, The New Apostles, Of the New Times - hubpages.com
The world, indeed, waits for the signs, for dramatic, miraculous workings, as signs of God's Presence but these are always the manifestations of a Spirit that is already there, already present and working, and not the manifestations of a Spirit that is coming. We must once again recognize that the world of man, the world of society are first and foremost renewed in the secret chambers of the human heart, of the human soul. And it is in these changes of the heart, that the activities of the Spirit are the most palpable.

Rise Up Jesus
- Rise up, Lord, Father, Son, and Spirit, we can do nothing without you; but if you will arise, your enemies shall be scattered, and they that hate you shall flee before you.
Go home and pray this prayer by yourselves, fervently laying hold upon the horns of God’s altar! Do not neglect this private duty. Go to your prayer room; shut the door; cry to Him who hears in secret - Rise up, Lord, and let my enemies be scattered.
When our families are gathered together, let the cry ring up to heaven. And tomorrow, and all the days of the week, and when you meet together to hear His word. Cry, Rise up, Lord, and let you enemies be scattered; and let them that hate you flee before you. Pray for your children, your neighbors, your families, and your friends, and let your prayer be - Rise up, Lord; rise up, Lord! Pray for the neighborhood, the city, and the country.
If you cannot pray for others because your own needs are so overwhelming, remember sinner, all you need is the faith to look to Christ and say, Rise up, Lord; scatter my doubts; kill my unbelief; drown my sins in Your blood, let my enemies be scattered; let them that hate me flee before me in Jesus Holy Precious Name. Amen C.S.
2 Corinthians 3:18

Lord, help me to lose everything for your sake and so discover all that I have and am in you.
The disciples are needy in every way. They are simply "poor" (Luke 6:20 ). They have no security, no property to call their own, no piece of earth they could call their home, no earthly community to which they might fully belong. But they also have neither spiritual power of their own, nor experience orknowledge they can refer to and which could comfort them. For his sake they have lost all that. When they followed him, they lost themselves and everything else which could have made them rich. Now they are so poor, so inexperienced, so foolish that they cannot hope for anything except him who called them. Dietrich Bonhoeffer
"Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven." Matthew 5:3
